About Us
Megan
Megan is a writer and producer who once dreamed of being a high-profile lawyer... until she learned that the government has lots of rules and real lawyers don't actually wear white suits or sleep with the President like Olivia Pope, which was a huge bummer. Megan graduated from a STEM-focused highschool and began exploring her creative side at college, taking inspiration from women like Ava Duvernay, Greta Gerwig, Agnes Varda, and Vera Chytilová.
Megan received her undergraduate from Emerson College, graduating cum laude with a major in Visual Media Arts focused in screenwriting and directing, and a fiction minor. She currently works at Atlas Entertainment which has produced films such as the WONDER WOMAN series, AMERICAN HUSTLE, and JUSTICE LEAGUE.
In her spare time, she skis and studies French and Italian, in addition to petting dogs and glaring at people who chew too loudly or walk too slowly. She's also working on being less judgemental. It's not going well.
Kelly
Kelly is a TV and feature writer with a knack for finding the funny, even in life’s worst situations. She has attended all of the finest film schools...in her mind. In reality, she is the only child of workaholic parents, and spent hours watching the work of Mel Brooks, Laurel and Hardy, and Carol Burnett. Her work is also heavily influenced by French comedies, where characters spent a lot of screen time slapping each other with amazing joie de vivre.
Kelly's scripts have been recognized in competitions, including The PAGE Awards, Nicholl Fellowship, and Austin Film Festival. Most recently, her script LIFE'S A BEAUT was chosen as one of the Top 25 Comedy Features in The Page Awards, and Best Comedy Feature at the Nashville Film Festival.
Her hobbies include thinking of getting some hobbies, mentoring young writers, and obsessing over YA novels. Her goals are to write a sex comedy for Helen Mirren, learn to walk in high heels…and of course, world peace.
